Speaker A:We're talking about it all.
Speaker A:We're talking about the wins, the losses, the lessons, the mindset shifts, all of it.
Speaker A:Because success isn't just something we talk about over here anymore.
Speaker A:It's something we're actively building.
Speaker A:If you're new here, welcome.
Speaker A:If you've been here and been a one since day one, just know I appreciate you guys so, so much.
Speaker A:As always, don't forget to like, comment, share and subscribe because the channel truly does not exist without you guys.
Speaker A:So thank you very much.
Speaker A:Last episode we figured out your offer.
Speaker A:So you should know who you're selling to, what problem you're solving, what result they're getting, and what's the method.
Speaker A:So today we're building that thing that actually delivers it, your system.
Speaker A:You don't rise to your goals, you fall to your systems.
Speaker A:And a system is something that's of repeatable process, that produces a result without reinventing it every time.
Speaker A:This is what works.
Speaker A:Motivation gets you started, but systems keep you alive.
Speaker A:And I think we need to talk about that because there's this discrepancy between motivation and discipline.
Speaker A:And discipline is what gets you through everything, not motivation.
Speaker A:Motivation gets you started, but discipline creates the actual thing.
Speaker A:So content systems, guest systems, fitness systems, those are things that I embody.
Speaker A:Each is just a step in an order that I can repeat.
Speaker A:So three systems that every brand needs.
Speaker A:You can't scale chaos, you can only scale a system.
Speaker A:So step one, creation.
Speaker A:How content gets made consistently.
Speaker A:Step two, distribution.
Speaker A:How it gets everywhere.
Speaker A:Are you using a virtual assistant?
Speaker A:Are you using opus clips?
Speaker A:Are you using any kind of system?
Speaker A:Conversion is step three, how attention turns into money.
Speaker A:Offers your links, anything you're offering someone.
Speaker A:The mistake that most people make is if your only system is you, you don't own a business, you own a job.
Speaker A:Everything running through you is the ceiling, meaning you are restricted only to what you can do.
Speaker A:So what I want you to do right now is write down what lives only in your head.
Speaker A:Write down everything.
Speaker A:And I want you to be able to hand off these things and delegate them and figure out who can do something that you don't need to be doing.
Speaker A:I'm going to give you guys my story.
Speaker A:So for the longest time, I was the system.
Speaker A:If I didn't post, nothing was posted.
Speaker A:If I didn't reach out, no guests got booked.
Speaker A:If I was exhausted and calling it hard work, then I probably wouldn't do it.
Speaker A:But it wasn't hard work.
Speaker A:It was a missing system.
Speaker A:The day I started building processes instead of just grinding harder is the day that it felt like an actual business.
Speaker A:I got a va.
Speaker A:I made sure that I didn't have to support my own scheduling.
Speaker A:I have a scheduling app.
Speaker A:These are things that I put in place so that I don't have to do it.
Speaker A:And I think a lot of people, they either feel like other people can't do what they do, but you have to trust the process.
Speaker A:You have to be able to pick the people that will help you.
Speaker A:You cannot run a business by yourself.
Speaker A:You can't scale chaos.
Speaker A:You can only scale a system.
Speaker A:So I'm going to challenge you guys.
Speaker A:Pick one part of your business that lives only in your head and write it down as steps this week.
Speaker A:And the reason you're doing this is because these are going to be the steps that you are going to teach somebody else in order to have them help you.
Speaker A:And speaking of systems and consistency, I have created a system for your consistency down below in the bio, in the description, you guys can click on that link and use my 90 day tracker.

Speaker A:You need to follow your systems.
